You may not impersonate others through the Mobilikey network in a manner that does or is intended to mislead, confuse, or deceive others.

You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers without their express authorization and permission.

You may not publish or post direct, specific threats of violence against others.

You are not allowed to publish content that would infringe on any copyright.

You may not use our service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities.

You may not create accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes.

You may not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser, mobile phone, computer or to compromise a user’s privacy.

You may not use Mobilikey for the purpose of spamming anyone.

You may not use obscene or pornographic images in any of your mobile sites created on Mobilikey.

Mobilikey reserves the right to immediately terminate your account without further notice in the event that, in its judgment, you violate these the Terms of Service.

Privacy

Mobilikey will never send you text messages without your permission, other than for account verification.

Mobilikey will never call you without your permission.

Your mobile number is used only as an identifier. Mobilikey does not collect personal information other than your name and email which you enter on registration.

Mobilikey uses your mobile number to confirm your unique identity. As such, you are not required to enter a real name or email when registering if you do not want to.

Mobilikey will never publish your mobile number anywhere without your permission.
